    did anybody use to do boxing or still do??
    i am after some pads and mitts.......any of you lads have any?

            well i am training alan, i go to the gym 3 times a week, and i done a boxing course a few months back and it is a really fit sport.

            Also i like boxing alot, a bit practice will keep me in shape and get me punch sorted

            Keith aye he would be a Good partner, i am 6ft 2\" 11 stone.

                  johnny let me know how you get on as in the new year i will be able to have a word with a guy at work he runs a training academy in boxing but wont see him untill the new year

                      Great sport Jonny.

                      I did a variation of it it for quite a while, (I was a great punchbag for many....!!! LOL). Your too late by a little over two weeks. Just gave my pads away. Ive kept the \"BodyBag\" and gloves though. Always seem to go back to it in the summer months.

                      Make sure you get decent quality gloves that fit well and some good hand bandages.

                      PS...If all else fails take Sless\'s advice. Biting, elbowing, kicking, gouging and nutting are all tried and tested and work well.
