if ya like your sweet cider then you will like this. sweet lager cant remember how its spelt but i call it hoorgarden :P . nice pint gets you p***ed but gets sickly after about 10 pints, also the glasses are great they just bounce right back off the floor lol.
Get yourself down The Smugglers, Roker Jonny. Drive to the pier and keep going to the end. ( ) Great pub. Live music most nights, buskers, open spots, fiddly diddly\'s, Baz Warne, loads of great musicians cutting their teeth and oldsters plying the trade. Plus always one proper serious, murky green, there\'s a farmer\'s finger in my pint Scrumpy on sale. The current offering is a reasonably drinkable little number, redolent of bogwort with a hint of and old english quim. Subtle burn on the front of your palate with a strong after-gag. :P Plus 2 steps out the door and your on the beach. Love the place.
