I got a V box HD last year and can record with it, 60 hours recording time in fact.

I think you have to upgrade to the HD package to be able to record with Virgin. Another money spinner

Lucky you. I had the XL package and couldn't rercord, had to get the V box to be able to record, this was a year or two ago like
