Does anyone know when Abu reels ceased to be made in Sweden please.
I am thinking of getting a 6500, but have been told that the newer ones aren't very good.

Don't know the answer to yer question mate but I got 2 made in sweden blue elites about this time last year at sport and leisure, £100 a pop. Brilliant reels. So I reckon if yer shop around you may find new originals like I did. Good luck.
