It might be nothing mate sometimes you can get a little glitch which puts the light on and puts it into limp mode clear the code and all might be fine but if something's physically broke it won't clear but you will know what's needed just let me know

We're u at like mate if its in limp mode it's ok to drive its a get you home or to garage mode it won't let you rev engine to high tho

battery lead

take the battery lead off for 30 mins sorted my old mans peugeot 307 out when it went in to limp home mode and second time it did put some cat clean in the tank when for a run light went out never had any trouble since

hi mate sounds like it has gone into limp home mode ,a a pug problem ,go onto a pug forum and ask or look if anyone is near you with a pug planet ,and they can reset the computer on the car ,used to have one when we had a 306 ,but sold it after we changed the car

No it's a fuel problem mate

had a similar problem with my audi A4. was told it was the egr valve, changed it, no different. Then I was told it was the turbo by an "expert" with a diagnostic computer. Didn't change it but stripped it out and cleaned the insides. took 2 days on the street. Was like a swiss watch when it went back in. Fired her up and...still the same. All this time I kept telling the experts "I think its the mass airflow sensor mate" they wouldn't listen. In the end I went to a scrap yard for one. Plugged it in and hey presto sorted. This may not be your problem but it may help before you spend a lot of money.

I plugged it in today it came up with fuel level imput circuit low which could be a few things but fuel side of things there's **** loads on a car that can put them into limp mode good luck anyways

If you had just unplugged the maf and it ran ok is proof of a duff one mags don't always show up on diagnostic equipment

not yet mate havent had time with it being christmas plus no where open, plus dont really want to take it to someone i dont know to get my eyes took out
