    anybody on low income, child under 5, pension credit, disabled in house hold phone your electric company and ask for WARM HOME DISCOUNT and get £130 off your feb bill this also includes pay as you go they will get a voucher HAPPY CHRISTMAS

    There are loads of criteria you need to meet. None of the above you quote, is sufficient on its own, to get you the rebate.
