Hexadecimal code, no runs of 0D 0A (13 dec 10 dec) so no CR , numbers range into control codes (under dec 32 and over dec 127) so outside the range of Ascii text. it got to be either an actual code run or data for an element at a wild guess !

Everything you see in a PC exists as a binary byte with the MAX value of 255 ie binary 11111111
that is EVERYTHING even the most complex colour picture exists as lots of individual bytes with a value of 0-255
to make this easier for mortal humans to read and some pre processors to take in this 11111111 is split into two digits of 0-16 each (or 1111 if you prefer ) hence the code above that mark produced. for example the first byte in the code is shown as 59 Hex, this is in binary (5)0101 (9)1001 making 01011001 when put together that is a decimal equivalent of 5(X16 hex=80) +9 = 89 ............. see .. LOL easy
ASCII is a standard text code (A-merican S-tandard for I-nformation I-nterchange) this uses code as standard so we can all read the same language and works on byte values between 32 dec and 127 dec. below is your last post converted into Hexadecimal ......... with the readable at the right . ........
