Oblickta I used patches to pack in 3 yrs ago.It was tough and believe me I COULD STILL DO WITH A FAG NOW.You just got to find something to do with you hands for 10 mins or so.If you drink it will be harder,but I really wanted to pack in,so I stopped drinking as well.

you can get em for free from the docs jim ,wor lass chucked it for 3 month using them but alas it wasnt to be shes like me enjoys a smoke too muchcheers Bri

Thanx Jim. I got no help from patches or anything else at the moment but I\'m sticking it out. Could really do with one now after a long drive and a few tinnies but not givin\' in lol !!
