Take the attitude that your willing to lose what you take then it can't spoil the day if ya lose find it tends to work out for the good most times I've had this approach anyways
Nothing makes a fish bigger than ALMOST being caught

Good luck Harry,I wont offer any advice punting wise for fear of putting you off a good un!
I've been to the festival loads of times from '86.Watched Dessie win the Gold Cup in '89 and loads of other great occasions down there.Enjoy it,its a brilliant place to watch NH racing and once the actual racing is finished for the day,get yersel into the Centaur on the course, they usually have a band on.
                    Am a bit jealous like!!!!

                        Well thanks mate,
Going from Sherburn club Durham 45 seater bus and a good set of lads that's got it well organized as they done it for years.

Loaded with plenty of drink and breakfast ordered at some trucker cafe on the way doon.
We've paid for the digs and the programme before today so just get lucky eh.
                        Really looking forward to it.
