    Stereophonics
    Robbie Williams

Saw a bit of Madonna, she was good, but the end of her last song got on my nerves, she must of repeated the chorus once for every member of the crowd!

tough one... robbie had to be up there, as lets face, it he kinda stole the show, the Who just weren\'t the same without the late great John Entwhistle, and floyd are definately better off without roger waters.

velvet revolver were interesting, ans whilst U2 might of been entertaining, I find em hard to enjoy since bono stuck his head up his own arse

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.

You\'re right about Bono Mark, they were ok but not a patch on the 85 performance.

Didn\'t see very much but saw The Who and Floyd and Robbie Williams, who just has that knack.... Don\'t know how anyone could knock the stage show of Pink Floyd - yes some of their album fillers are cr*p but their stage presence is something else. Dave Gilmour must be up there with Clapton, Gallagher, Andy Powell................... hang on I feel another thread coming on here.

              went fishing lol
seen little bits of it,my wife taped some of it for me as I wanted to see Pink Floyd and The Who,I think Floyd were very poor and The Who tried there best but as Mark said they are\'nt the same now.
Seen a bit of Def Leppard, think Joey Elliot has had one to many kebabs,I was struggling to recognise him lol
              Cheers Alan...

Just been watching some of it again on Video, amazing how much you miss when you are enjoying ones self.

                      Annie Lennox, excellent
Madonna, great and never used to like her
Robbie Williams, agree with sixfoot he really is a true entertainer
Pink Floyd, not as good as expected though
                      U2 disappointing
                      McCartney at end great

And of course the man himself Peter kay, think he had a few as well

Kept dipping in & out throughout the day.......dipping IN to see the the ones I wanted to see, then dipping out QUICKLY for the others.

                        Really enjoyed Snow Patrol

Looked forward to seeing The Who......wasn\'t disapointed - Won\'t Get Fooled Again ........brilliant. Don\'t know who the young lad they had playing bass was, but it was def in the style of John Entwhistle and VERY well done.

As a lifelong Floyd fan......they had to be the ones awaited with the greatest anticipation. 24 years after parting company with Roger Waters (or was it the other way round), finally they had reunited and were all pals again - NOT. You could almost feel the tension and the animosity on stage. As for the performance itself........what a let down......mind you, I think Waters was THE main let down.
I\'d leave it for another 24 years before you do it again, lads.
