  • Come on England.

Well if we can bat as well as we have performed in the field it should be in the bag.

COME ON. (got me sky fixed lol).

    Jim.

What a fantastic game. One of the best I have ever seen for excitement at the end.

Never over till that last ball David lol.

Nearly down to me elbows Davy.

        Jim.

I\'m the eternal optimist, but even I just about gave up.

Good to see an England team with some guts, fight and pride, we would have been all out for less than 50 not many moons ago if we were 33-5. Well done to Nasser Hussain and Duncan Fletcher for bringing this mindset into English cricket, and Michael Vaughan for carrying it on.

I was exactly the same Davy lol. Woulgn\'t stop watching it though.

Aye things are a bit different now, nice to be able to depend on the less experienced batsmen to pull us out.

Must admit I thought a draw was a good result. God that nearly stuck in my throat lmao.

            Jim.

Fair result Jim. I don\'t think Paul Collingwood gets the recognition he deserves. Class again today, first to back Jones up the other day against twisty Hayden, a proper tough North East lad (and a Mackem!)

Can\'t wait for the ashes now. Harmison is back to his best again thank god. Don\'t think Pieterson is ready for test cricket yet though, Ian Bell for me.

Aye he comes from Shotley Bridge just down the road from me. I know some of his family, nice people and so proud of him and rightly so.
Three more practices yet for Pieterson so we shall see mate.

                Jim.

Yes Jim, great entertainment. I\'m disappointed Harmison didn\'t get a chance with the bat. Doesn\'t happen often that you\'re wishing a number 11 into bat but that\'s what England can do now. Good luck to them.
