popped into Nets today there have a Fox Diablo HG rod for sale, does anybody know anything about them???. I knoe there make bikes lol guy in shop said there nice rods but he always says that. It had a lovely quality finish to it!!!

fox make mainly carp, pike and coarse gear, but past few years have ventured into sea gear, dont buy it mate as if you dont like it you will have trouble getting rid of it , as said before get a crest you will love it

Fox rock runner and fox Diablo hg (heavy ground) nice fishing rods slim light decent amount a power but over priced new imo and 2nd hand a saw a minter go for £100.

Cmc or komp ss would be my choice if I didn't already have one and sold a one a few year back.

Theres a komp ss up for sale on another site for £160 ?.

I just bought a one last week I took it for a chuck on Sunday and ill tell you what its an animal its like an eliminator but not 15 ft plus I was using 7 oz leads on it and it was flying could poss use 8 oz just got to wait for cod to move in now

excuse my ignorance but ya will catch cod on any cheap set up from any tackle shop

well its in the sale for £200 and considering most komp s go for £150 pluss i just thought it might be a good rod with agood warrantee etc

Just an update on this rod this has to be the best rough ground rod I have used its a pure animal just been down at seaham with a lad who has snapped 3 Ttrs he had a blast of this and can't Belive its power I used a 525 mag loaded with 18lb sensor and after he cast there was only around 50 yrds left unreal
