Patch it. Yer must have a bit of the old roll stuck in some cupboard somewhere. it'll only happen again if yer do the whole place out again mate.

that`s life scotty m8, am doing me 8th house up now,
and me oldest daughter and her family have just moved in the same street, so guess who`s doin that aswell........?
