Well Chris m8 not on your nelly would i give up my fags now as i have smoked for too many years now and i have tried everything the doctor has given me and it just did/nt work with me and i know its getting rather expensive now but i can still just survive and i like fishing too but these are the only enjoyment i have got and to stop smoking its mind over matter so if you are quitting the habit good luck to you m8.

LOL. Wor kid has to do long haul flights as part of his job and uses patches like, trouble is he smokes like a chimney so he looks like mr blobby with all the patches like
He's also got a one of them false tabs that yer stick a cartridge in and it gives yer a nicotine hit complete with smoke effect

i will get a photo of the bottle mate(our lass will have to upload it though you know what im talking about)its a 7 litre bottle of bells 10 year matured whisky from a pub i used to run called the final furlong next to millwall football club,it will be 15 years old now, had 15 rooms above the pub we used to rent out to the lads, back then it was full of hairy arsed geordie contractors who were working on a multi story car park in bermondsey,i think it was the first fa cup final when daglish was in charge of the toon, the lads stayed down instead of going home and went to the match, the bottle is signed by 26 lads when we had a lock in that lasted from saturday night,to monday morning,7 litres of bells equates to 16 pints of whisky,so i had a great deal of help drinking it(got the bollick from my irish boss for not opening the pubs doors for a couple of days but a geordie got to do what a geordie got to do)

read the demon cigarette thread mate, put the money in the bottle, buy more shads, treat yourself to some new gear, but above all get some advice from the doc(ive got to do it by willpower unfortunately im allergic to the patches and gum)you can get stuff for free from the nhs,ive read the literature mate, ive managed to go cold turkey(christ knows how)but if it gets bad the nicorette people say it is an aid to quit the tabs,if you need one have one 5 a day is better than twenty, and you can reduce it to the point when you dont want one,i find it hardest in the morning and after meals,if you give it up i hope you will join me for a fish on my big adventure next year
