hi lads,thanks for responding to the demon tab thing,it doesnt have to be giving up the white sticks,alot of you have offered up support but most have given up smoking anyway,mebbes a few of us by one less take away a week,or one less bet on the horses,or one less night out(spend the the time tying rigs for wrecking or shore fishing on the money youve saved and put into the pot)i dont want to get preachy about this but i live in hertfordhire now and love my fishing in the north east and borders,it costs me £140 in fuel alone and is an adventure for me,there are three spaces in the back of the carimagine the money that could go into the pot every month if some of you lads could get together in a group of four in the car ,share advice have the crack,and maybe buy more gear,by just sharing the cost of transport,not all of us want or are able to join a fishing club,how many of us have looked into the back mirror when driving and seen empty back seatsithoughts please chris

Nice thought chris,i normally have 2-3 mates in car but im willing to pick up anyone thats going fishing if ive got room when im alone or just 1 other mate,could just put up on here heading north,south,east or west from blahblah anybody want to car share,im up for it as well as cutting costs you also make friends along the way.
I know billyturbot has been doing trips over west coast car sharing seems to have been going ok.

brontasouras shall be its name,if thats a collective name for a bunch of some creaky old slightly rotund old farts(your company accepted)it works both way lads,ive got a good size gaff down here(a big garden if anyone smells of ragworm and needs to sleep in the tent on our lasses instruction)ive got lads down here im in touch with who are 100 miles from the sea,a few of them have boats on the thames estuary and alot of them are experienced fishing the shore down south,tope smoothounds and more importantley the bass,£30 each in the back of thecar,i can suss out accomodation,make it an adventure,just a bit of planning thats all
