    Sunny most of the week they said but a east wind blowing, if i was a keen shore fishing man i know where i would be..west coast of Scotland, long spell of east winds means clear water over that side..pollack fishing

    I am holding out for Fri,Sat,Sun and Monday boating out the Tyne still

        We used to have a cheap couple of days over, £50 for fuel between 3 of us and 2 nights in a tent was £28 on a camp site then whatever tackle you lost or food you had.

          Probably just a tiny bit early for pollack over the West,decent ones anyway.June through till September for me.

            we had Pollock on Sunday at brighouse biggest over 3 LB davy (blanked again)
            think I might fish Whitehaven the morra
            then brighouse on Sunday again
            weather looks crap over this side
            jelly fish showing over the west now ,it must be summer
            £80 worth of fuel for the two trips ,but 2 days away ,would spend that amount on a good night on the town I bet
