Am I missing something here. Read a lot about Great Whites attacking people in the last few weeks. Someone was killed by one a couple of weeks ago so everyone went hunting for the \'killer\'. Then surfers have been in the papers saying how they\'re scared to go in the water now and all that bollocks....
Now to me its simple, Sharks live in the sea, we don\'t. We are intruding into their environment, so we live by their rules, ie they rule, not us. If someone is killed/injured, well tough, they didn\'t have to go in there in the first place.
I seen a programme a while back by David Attenborough on the Great Whites around South Africa, and its some of the best television I\'ve ever seen. They\'re the ultimate predator and deserve our respect, not contempt, for doing what they\'ve being doing naturally for thousands of years.
