Just sitting here with a can of Stella chilling after putting the kids punchbag bracket up outside and giving the bag a bloody good hiding lol...however I didn\'t use any tape or gloves and so I\'ve got no skin on allmost every knuckle ,but hey it sure does get rid of pent up aggression ....Bloody car salesmen ,but that\'s another story ,could have had a full rant if I hadn\'t been knocking seven bells out of a stuffed bag with an imagined mans face on it lol.
