Thanks Norman.
Doesn\'t HAVE to be this year.........lol
I\'ve put the \"June\" one in my.....ermmm.....\"June\" folder.
Resolution / size wise - looks OK on screen, but I\'m not so sure about in print.
I deally, the dimensions I\'ve given in the opening post are what\'s needed to get a decent, printable image.......and then.....they\'re just the minimum dimensions, really.
Nice seeing those photos again, though

Well......I\'m starting to try to sort out the calendar now.
I REALLY need your help, though.
I\'ve got several pix to choose from for some months and NO pix at all for some of the others.
I\'m really desparate for pix to consider for:
August
September
October
November
December
I\'ve got a couple for Aug & Dec......could really do with more......and I\'ve got NONE AT ALL for Sept, Oct & Nov.
Please send your pix to me at the address at the bottom of my posts...BUT....please take note of this.................
If you\'re SCANNING a PRINT to send me, then these are the best workable dimensions.......
A 6\" X 4\" print scanned at 300dpi will give you an image of around 6Mb. Save the image as a \"high quality\" jpg. This should give you an file of around 2 or 2.5Mb. Attach the the jpg your e-mail and send it to me.
If you\'re sending photos from a DIGITAL camera.......
Shoot the photo as near to 300dpi as your camera will allow (some only go to 230dpi.....but that\'s enough).
Once you\'ve got your photo downloaded to your computer, resize the image to roughly the same as the dimensions mentioned above for scanned prints. That should give you the same (or near enough) size image as mentioned above (i.e. around 6Mb). Again, save it as a \"high quality\" jpg which should give the image a file size of around 2 or 2.5Mb.....send the jpg to me.
NOTE:
6\"X4\" equates to around the following values
Width 15cm
Height 10cm
OR
Width 1740 pixels
Height 1180 pixels
Anything much smaller than the above dimensions will not be of sufficient quality to be printed.
