wonder if they flattened the road up the Sani Pass for the programme, when I went up in 2008 it was a case of slow, slow, dead slow the road was that rough, the tyres they had on their cars wouldn't of lasted five minutes. The owner of the Sani Pass hotel told us about a group of Germans in big 4x4 Mercs who wouldn't listen and went up they came back on low loaders. We got stuck for a good few hours at the top as the road got washed away. As this is a big tourist attraction they must of decided to smooth it out, but if you go over the edge it is still a long, long way down.
