  • ow not looking good

Well its still early season but Sunderland are really looking like a bottom 3 team, good job alot of poor teams in the league still.

I am hoping Newcastle will finish 7th but sending off's and bad health will play a massive part

Dont want it to happen just yet but think Sunderland now have no option but to sack Bruce.

Yer he did say that sunderland's season was starting proper from today like, refering to the hard matches they've had so far.

Well both Sunderland and Newcastle have now played 4 of the top 5 teams from last season, i will be glad when we play Chelsea then the papers can stop saying we have played no one.

        Sunderland hard as derby
        Man u
        Man city
        Arsenal

As a sunderland supporter i have to hold my hands up and say we have been awful this season, Bruce i feel now has run his course and they have to do it now so the new guy has time to identify targets and bring them in january.
Newcastle have had an unbelievable start to the season and hats go off to pardew { i laughed at his appointment}.
I think as long as newcastle stay relatively injury free and bring a striker in january then they have a good chance to qualify for europe next season.

I also never liked Parpoo but he has done well on the pitch, handled the press well and i may sound old fashioned but i think a manager should turn up in a suit on match days not a kappa top.

I would like to get 6th-7th but i feel we will lose a at least 1 player in Jan and with a couple of injurys will have a little slip to maybe 9th, saying that i be happy with 9th at the start of the season and a little cup run.

Well I've been going to watch Sunderland for 33 years, I've seen relegations come and go (even to the third tier) but I'm loosing interest and doubt I'll be renewing next year. I don't think it's just the crap football, I accepted years ago they'll never win anything in my lifetime, I just don't enjoy the day out anymore. Normally I'd be gutted about Saturday's result but it just doesn't bother me anymore.

On Saturday people around me started singing "You fat geordie b....., get out out of our club" so I did, then they whinge about people leaving early, make your minds up lads!
              Cheers, Keith.

well i just checked the betting and bruce was 4/1 yesterday with william hill, he is now 11/8 favourite to be the next premier league manager to lose his job.

I think Shearer as manager next for Sunderland

underland be ok i doubt they will go down, loads of games left and the have the money to purchase a couple top strikers to put the ball away..i dont watch Sunderland at all other than derby matches but from what i hear its a strike partnership you need.

me thinks if they blunder on regardless without taking drastic remedial action ,relagetion is inevetible.

now im not sure what that action ischanging the manager is not always the best answer, sometimes the easy option

i cant help feeling that bruce is too laid back,is he trying to emulate the chap up the road pardue

its sad to see any business on the rocks but thats how it looks to me

perhaps a bit of the old NO WORK NO PAY might generate some life into all of them
