can you honestly say that just because you have stayed up by the skin of your teeth yet again that all your clubs problems have been solved ???
have a long hard think before replying we flirted with relegation one season to many and paid the price despite spending 80 mil I dont think we will be bouncing back up this time even if rafa stays

Problems not solved at all, if we keep flirting it WILL happen, but loosing the £200 million TV money wouldn't have helped.

at what point did I say nufc were a big club ? but since you brought it up we have had more years in the prm league played more European games played more champions league games and reached two FA cup finals oh and the inter toto cup winners and 50000 each week turning up to watch cr@p how many have safc played ? one that I know of and your average crowds are less than 40000. big club no more successful yes
yes we are cr@p and yes we got relegated because of it
how many points between us ? but safc have had a good season if they beat us and just stay up shows the ambitions of their supporters if thats all you aspire to enough said enjoy your fight for survival again next season without six points from us
by the way first and foremost Iam a football fan I watch any football from local school boys to champions league and will watch safc play when we are not playing so Iam not looking at this through black and white glasses infact the first match I ever went to as a 7 year old was safc v fulham my aunty lived in roker avenue so my uncle walked me the short distance to roker park that was it and I was hooked on watching football just the toon were closer so thats who I ended up supporting
nufc need to get rid of cashley and maybe then we start to rebuild and get back to were all three of the NE teams belong in the premier league and competing not just surviving

Lol Sunderland's goal scoring and conceding record this season is not much better, The way the team celebrated surviving a relegation battle shows the ambition of the club, All in all both teams are very poor and both sets of fans deserve better, Relegated or not Newcastle are a bigger club than Sunderland thats a fact and i'm a neutral
