  • WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Well, come Monday, Christine and me will have been married for 24 years (flippin\' \'eck....that\'s only 1 off the Silver.....& I\'m only a young lad.....lol......FAR FAR too young to have been married for THAT long...long )
Been doing some digging and (apparently), the gift for 24 years is \"musical instrument\"........WHEY-HEY !!!!

Already got 2 Fender Strats, 1 Fender Tele and a Yamaha accoustic.......always had a hankerin\' for a Les Paul :P

Knowing my luck, I\'ll end up with a penny whistle .......lol

Think I\'ll get her a new set of Rock & Roll cooking utensils.......you know.........\"Get out in that kitchen and rattle those pots & pans\".......lol

Congrats on 24 YEARS of marriage Tony (a bloody long time)
All the best to both of you
Which Les Paul m8, I bet its the Gibson historic, or one of the custom jobbies. If she sees the price of em, you will most probably end up with a penny whistle or a kazzoo.

Once again may I congratulate you and Christine on your 24 years of marriage

Jim, if Tony took his better half to trow rocks to celebrate 24 years of married bliss I dont think his marriage would last another 24 seconds never mind years.
                      Once again congrats TC

All the very best to both of you Tony. Get her to buy you a telecaster mate, far superior to a strat in my opinion. The son has a Gibson Les Paul and although its the bees knees, it weighs a bloody ton !!!!!!

                            keep on rockin mate

fenders are ok but too squeaky clean, cool guitarists play les pauls

throw all the fenders away and get yersel a Les Paul

Still got mine in the loft, blonde \'71 custom and a vox AC30 (and a fender twin - louder than a loud thing on national loud day)

can\'t weight till the bairns big enough to lift it up, envy of all their mates when the teenage years arrive and they fancy playing!
