Thanks to my mate Kenny for this picture of basically the view from my old verandah.
Gourock Pier with Pilot boats Cumbrae No.1 and Cloch No.2 plus the Lady Jane, Kilgreggan passenger ferry. Three quarters of the pier is now gone, replaced by rock armour - very sad.
Great memories (1973) though, you don't see Pilot boats like the Cumbrae anymore.
