Just been watching Dom Jolley on telly and he did a trick where he sneaked up behind someone that was fishing and crashed a pair of cymbals together. Poor bloke nearly s**t himself and I nearly P8888d myself.
Got to thinking , how many times have you startled someone on the beach or how many times has it happened to you.
I have done it to a few people with hilarious results and had it done to me with the same not quite so funny at the time results. Still laughing.

I was fishing in front of the Coastguard hut at Seaburn at low water at 2am one winters morning. I was standing in the surf, when I just happened to look up the beach and theres this bloke looking in my box! I came running out of the water with my headlight on him - he was like a startled rabbit, s*** himself.

He told me I was mad for being out at that time fishing, so I asked him what he was doing out at that time....he was walking his dog :P :P :P

Davy nobody looks suspicious when they are walking a dog, even at that time did you ask why he was looking at your tackle in your box
