My mate has lost over 9 stone. We could not fish a lot of marks as they were too dangerous for him. Just got back into the fishing and he hurt his back. You keep at it colossus and let us know how you get on.

He gave up alcohol all together, started eating much smaller portions of more sensible food and started taking his dog for longer and longer walks each day. You would not recognise him now after not that much more than a year. A long hard road yes but worth it, definately. He is so much healthier now than he has ever been in his whole life.

Thought you might say something like that. Don\'t think I\'ll ever be slim and can be even more boring after a drink Ell but I\'m going to make an effort. Will get weighed in and post a new thread. In the meantime I\'m just having a whiskey and wondering what to eat with it :P Didn\'t know you could get \"crinkly\" mini cheddars.
