    Hello Keith,
Does the mustard go in with the milk? It's in the ingredients but nowhere else.

    Regards Ian

No bother Ian, I was getting sick of the unhealthy option i.e. battered.

Loads of cod recipes out there but they nearly always require some fancy ingredients.
          Cheers, Keith.

                Fish Balls

Done fish balls in a spicy tomato sauce too and that was also very nice

Large Fillet of white fish (I used Ling) skinned, de-boned and cut into chunks

1 medium to small brown bread bun

Put fish and bread bun in food mixer and blitz until combined

Remove mix and roll into equal sized ballons

Make a tomato sauce to your liking - add fish ballons to it for ten minutes before serving with lid on over a low heat and then serve

another awesome disheroo and actually low in fat too

you could prob add chillies, spring onion or other herby stype stuff to the fish ball mix too

take 2 16 inch squares of foil and lay on top of each other

slice some fennel thinly and layer in the middle of the square about 8 inches long by 4 inches wide

put chunk of cod fillet or loin on top

sprinkle with about a dozen capers

bunch up foil to create a dish

                  slug of vermouth

                  sprinkle of sea salt

                  twist of black pepper

seal the parcel and either cook in the hot oven or corner of BBQ for 20 minutes

Put on plate and open within reach of your nostrils for the smell effect serve with jersey royals and fresh asparagus.
