You know you're getting old - took my 7 year old lad to the Morpeth Fair Fun Run over a mile course this morning. 20 years ago I was doing just over 6 minute mile but he left me for dead half way through and looked the picture of health going through his goody bag when I crossed the line.
Then he goes to a football party and I have a kickabout with the dads and I'm knacked. Saw the balls crossing but my legs didn't communicate with the eyes haha
