as title suggest , the dirty rotton ******** is not just an angling problem its a a national one the bus I use every day is a tip the rubbish in it has been there over week, ther is even a used nappy in one corner and stinks of weee,
apart from the dirty ***** that leave the mess I believe council should take part of blame as they should take a much firmer stance on litter bugs , see it every day people buying sandwiches and alike throwing wrappers away along every high street even though they have just passed a litter bin so what do you think is this the way to go, or have the litter bugs won

Its a shame but its a social problem that will never go away councils have wardens but they cant be every where and most have been finished because of cost cutting

It’s a problem all over and sadly some people are just dirty buggers that don't care and are unlikely to change.

I knew a driving instructor years ago who took great delight in chucking all his litter out of his car window. Arguing with him did no good, he just claimed he was helping to keep people in jobs clearing it up.

It's some people's belief that everybody should clear up after them, the attitude is it's somebody else's job but typically the litter bug is unlikely to work. I always take my litter home it's a sense of pride in my self and a respect for the enviroment I live in. Fine them, but then some do gooder lefty wor say it's against they human rights lol
