just curious do any of yous on here keep a one {for catch reports that is}.i personaly kept a one for many many years {dont now}.ive put in the hours so no need for 1 now really.still got old 1,some great memorys to be read, when them scottish lochs were full of double figured cod in the 70s,marsden usually had a few doubles,we even threw 3 4lb codlings back on s/s pier. anyway to the yougher anglers or late starters id say, take the time to write you sessions down in a diary, never comes in wrong.just a note of tide state, size, bait, conditions, fish caught.as said in years to come youll enjoy the memorys.

Yep good idea reg, i right down marks that i put time in on. Tide size, bait, conditions and state of the tide its a good way for the angler who travels about and forget about marks

I did start last season but then just stopped, had some canny nights and it's decent to read back through. Gonna start again once I can fish again next month fingers crossed.

Good idea Reg. I'll probably just need one of those very small ones you get in Christmas crackers......
