One interesting fact that has come out from scotland, which kind of counters the hounds are an efficeint method of controlling foxes arguement is that the number of foxes killed by shooting em has gone up by a third since the ban came in

I think it will be virtually impossible to police,its all \"ifs\" and \"buts\".It sounds like its alright to do everything apart from literally catch the fox with the dogs and then if they did its probably a case of \"Oops\" sorry but the fox must be to slow.Government should of left it well alone IMO.
