    She's a big girl!

    I didn't get the chance to get out this morning, but my friend sent me one of his pics that he said I could use. The Queen Mary 2 is some ship - 150,000 tonnes, 1132ft long, and 147ft high. With only 33ft of draught, you have to wonder how it stays afloat!?

      Exactly! 6,000 people inc. crew! Here she is going out last night. The council spent a fortune on fireworks, not quite sure why? Pity about the tall house on the left side of the photo, but not bad. Taken from my friends house after some wine!
