Played andoached rugby for many years, you might not like all the players on the team but once on the pitch you play to win, and when coaching a colts team I didn'pick players because they where well liked they where picked because they where the best player, think the cricket team wants a kick up the arse and told to stop being so bloody childish.

He may be an arrogant ass, but don't forget it was his "team mates" who ran a parody account KPgenious taking the rip right out of him, while he was still in the team. Did these guys, get the heave ho? No they are still in the team, so I don't agree with your assessment about team players. He was told clearly by the incoming chairman of the EECB that if he found a county and scored runs he would be considered. He gave up a £250,000 IPL contract to do just that, a triple hundred, an innings that no other current England player could play yet he is told he is out and Colin Graves has gone back on his public declarations. I hope he sues the lot of them.

wouldn't stand for that in the colts (15-19 year olds)team I coachd, plenty of attitude there when they first started off especially when you could only pick 15 out of 23, with a strong captain and coach they pulled together to win as a team, with individual brilliance shinning through, the same with all teams.
