Dunno if they'll have them in that diameter or length, but the model shop in w/bay (Alan's I think?) on the road through to cullercoats had some thin ones last time I bust up a sports kite, might be worth a quick phone call to ask.
I was going to say the same as Mark the caravan place I`ve just recently got some there for a project (building a kite for pulling a line upto 1/2 mile off shore fishing) ,think it was about 8 quid for about 10 1m lengths with join together fitments to make to your desired length.
hi thanks for the help a friend of mine was at my house last night and he was asking if i knew were i could get any.
if you are wondering what they are for he wants them to put his pigeon decoys on.
obviously the fibreglass wont be heavy easy to carry and will sway with wind.

To sway in the wind then it sounds like you need something light, caravan place mentioned might have them otherwise I'd call the model shops - they'll have fibre-glass, carbon and metal rods. Try B&q too - they have metal rods in the hardware section, tubes, angles etc.
Local golf club, you'll get 18 no problem. Just go during the night
thats a goodin.
my m8 is after fibreglass poles to try and keep wieght down when carrying over fields says got to be 5 to 6ft long. as previously said thanks some ideas given i will pass them on to him.
