  • Batman

makes you proud to be English. climbing into the palce is one thing, but doing so dressed as batman - Pure Genius.

Robin obviously forgot his utility bely and hence got nabbed on the way up the wall.

I would pay good money to hear phil the greek\'s comments!

    Thought for the day:
Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.

    I\'m rapidly developing a \"utility bely\", myself Mark.

I put it down to the John Smiths

I thought it was funny as owt. I was talking to a couple of people today who thought it was outrageous!!!!!!!! and a waste of police time and resources. Probably was but funny though. :P

I told them to p~ss off and walked away from them.

any other country he would have been shot,he\'ll probably get a knighthood in the new years honours list now,he said he would \"die\" for those kids of his, walk up Downing Street with M16 and he\'ll get his wish.Fair enough he\'s prbably having a hard time but why not waste his own money instead of ours.He probably would have got more publicity dressing up as a Arab !
          Cheers Alan...

alan the bloke is trying to make a point the system regarding fathers and seeing there kids is crap its about time men had an equal say when relationships break up and have decent access to there kids, after all some women turn into right ****s after marriages etc break up and do everything they can to deny access pretending the bairns ill and the like its not only the fathers that suffer its the kids aswell

1st off, let me say that I agree with Ray and that fathers should have equal access to their kids.....but,,,,,,regarding \"Batman\"......

Dunno if it\'s true or not, but I\'ve read that he has 3 kids, all with different mothers....2 are \"awkward\" with allowing him access, the other is not. From what I\'ve read, it seems that the mother of the bairn who allows him access is a bit \"peeved\" because he\'s always too busy protesting about the lack of access, to actually have access to the bairn.

So, it looks like there\'s a father wanting acess to his child.....the child is wanting to be with its\' father, the mother is happy to have the child go with its\' father, ......but......the father is \"too busy\".........question of priorities, here, I think !

i see another one of those debates looming here lol

us men always get a bum deal ,i recall when we went to register the kids ,i might as well not have been there as the registrar asked the wife for the names and gave me the cold shoulder ,books for pregnancy ,your lucky if fathers get 2 pages of advice mother toddler groups what happend to single fathers shouldnt they be called parent toddler groups, batman was funny though
                cheers Bri

Speaking as a woman..( as I should saying as I am one) I side with the fathers for justice...(mind you I am a minority who do though) I think that each case should be looked at and decided upon the merits of what each person wants and also what the child wants.

I have a couple of friends who have experienced problems (both male and female) with the whole splitting up and access thing and it is not nice for either side but it is even harder for the side who so desperately want to see their children and the other is making it virtually impossible for them to do so.

It is also hard for a mother who wants her children to have contact with their father but when the father in question is too busy with his new life/girlfriend to make time for his kids, how can she explain that to them.

I have a friend who has recently decided that he will no longer go and see his kids because the mother of his children has just had another child and her current partner is showing signs of disinterest in the children that she brought into the relationship, all this because he is around and he feels that it would be detrimental to their upbringing if he was to remain as they live with the mother and her partner and not him...It is a decision that I would never like or want to make in my life.

I know that when Ian and myself have children (either by miracle or adoption) they will have two loving parents and would hopefully never have to know what it is like to not have two parents that do not share the same home. Don\'t get me wrong...I have friends who were brought up by divorced parents, at school I was one of a few whose parents were not divorced, and I have some understanding through them what it was like to be brought up in two different houses with step-parents and step-siblings.....I just hope that my family (whenever that happens) will not go through that.
