  • Cold sweat.

    probaly get some,daft answers,but whats it all about.as i had it all last night in bed.not a nice feeling.{bit like blanking}lol.honest answers please.if.

                          It could be the lack of drink Reg, not the alcoholic type though. Think about it, you spent all of yesterday fishing and probably didnt have your same calorie or fluid intake whilst at the same time doing physical activity. Having been out it the open all day you could have picked up a bit of a chill then when in bed your body has pulled its heat to the vital organs resulting in the cold sweats. Have bit scran then plenty of fluid and you will be back to normal. Sugary foods and water. Then if that doesnt work get 4 cans and a kebab with chilli sauce from Gills and worry about it tomorrow!

                            sounds like a good answer,sorry to say{some of yous} im ok now.ps.hate kebabs.but the 4 cans well.

                              gget to docs for check up I had a few clods sweats, canny few years back and could not sleep some nights a not go to docs then it got worse a got sent to specialist and got shown how to put a moniter and electrodes on for when i went to bed and got diagnosed sleep apnea and with a new spray and now sleep with a basic breathing machine every night i sleep a lot better now, not perfect but better so get to docs for peace of mind
