had a new experience whilst on the phone today, rangthe techy bods at ICOM and was put on hold, ok nowt new in that, but instead of some dire Muzak playing in me lug, a series of celebs cracking jokes!

it was terry wogan doing his bit when I was on hold, all very middle of the road and PC but, blimey what a refreshing change, was quite enjoying some yarn he was spilling when the gadgy came back on, asked him to put me back on hold rather than hang up so I could hear the end of it

Sounds a lot more interesting than some of the dross you have to put up with Mark ,my doctors play Sir Cliff , The Platters etc.etc.
