i know he has been there before but having listened to him on five live last week and have just seen him on the telly talking about shearer I thought christ he looks a hell of a lot better and the healthiest i think he has looked for years - a few months dry and clean under his belt just hope he sticks with it.

good luck gazza i feel this will be your last chance to stick with it - if not you may go the same way as Mr Best - please prove us all wrong.
