    [QUOTE=CODHEED;161411]

Also i have never seen anyone charged with section 4 for simply telling someone to "eff off" since the offence involves intentionally threatening violence there is no way in the world the cps would have run a case for telling someone to "eff off"

so if I walk up to a police officer on the street and start swearing at them I wont get locked up what planet are you on it would probably be a quick blast of gas and off to the cells for the night . and yes I do have a record from when I was a young and daft ( never been arrested for any offence for over 25 yrs) and I know for a fact the police lie and fabricate evidence ie yes me lord I can positively identify the defedent as being the driver on the night , barrister are you sure it was my client as he was in the rvi having a steel plate in his skull judge NOT GUILTY. there is good and bad in all walks of life its just that the police are in the public eye and are doing an impossible job and some but not all have let the uniform and power goto their heads after all they are just ordainary people like the rest of us

have they lowered the entrance exam for the police or what?

i have no issues with the police what so ever but this thread is changing my mind - ologies for our other uniformed member that i know of on here who fishes steetly loads - i know you are one of the decent ones i can tell that from the tone of your posts and your remorse last year with the bass and size limits.

codheed - you nearly redeemed yourself with post 69 but then spoilt it.

as for sunderland well that is an argument for another day LOL i would hat to think what the thoughts of PC C Heed are on Middlesbrough.

            regards

I'd love to add a yard of elastic on and exagerate but I cant

I answered my front door to three students who where being abusive, told em to eff off and shut the door in their faces. I wasn't even asked my side of the storey, just nicked. I wasn't drunk and wasn't abusive to
              the police

It was an arguement between neighbours about rubbish that had calmed down and no harm was done. The students
addmitted in court that they had littered, been abusive to me and they had been drinking all day yet I was convicted cos the police said I was drunk and they were trained to spot a drunk person. It really was as
              laughable as it sounds.

All through the proceedings I continually asked my solicitor for a copy of the tape and I wrote to someone to get a copy but never even got a reply

Is it normal police practice to attend an altercation, listen to one side of the storey and nick the other person without asking his/her version of events because that is exactly what happened! I'm sure I put a post
on here aboutit if anyone can be bothered to look for it
              Regards, Graham

please do lock this post as i dont want this site to become like some others with agressive posts etc going on and people getting out of hand as that is not what NESA is all about.

Is it normal police practice to attend an altercation, listen to one side of the storey and nick the other person without asking his/her version of events because that is exactly what happened! ..............my mate lived in a street that had a house full of students that used to come home at all hours screaming on etc , one night they were going out & getting into taxis my mate who was holding a model gun (he collects models etc) shouted out the open window try to keep it down when you come back lads . off they went 1/2 an hour later i looked out of the window and there were a 2 police cars in the street with armed officers pointing at me & telling me to leave the house (one of the students had phoned the police and said he had a gun pointed at him) when in the street i was handcuffed with everyone in the house the house was searched then we were locked up till 2 oclock in the morning ,in the car the police officer told us that had it not been on another call out the helicopter would have been used .there was as i later found out police behind his house aswell .. all this because of 1 phone call ?????

                        playing devils advocate here

your mate has a model gun in his hand

shouts at students in the street

do they know it is a model.

police respond appropriately not knowing it is a fake

and you complain - what if you had what you thought was a gun pointed at you would you not want a swift action appropriate to what you/the police percieve the threat.

i know mate but at the time they would not have known the history and true threat so have to treat each call as if it is real.
