why on earth do you have an intense hatred of them?

i have a history with the city of sunderland which i wont bore you with and due to that i hate the club, the city, its people and all they stand for, they sum up all that is wrong with modern britain. You would really have had to seen what i have seen and experienced in sunderland to understand.

oh well at least i know where i stand, it was crap-yes because i was taking the mick. I used to spend a lot of time in sunderland myself as i nearly married a makem, its the same as everywhere else, some of its ok, some of its a dump, same as any other large town..

everyone on here hates the police then. Thats fair enough. Doesnt bother me in the slightest, sticks and stones and all that.

Like i say to a lot of people at work, I hope your hatred of the police doesnt backfire when you really need them. Its amazing how many hard men who hate the police(or think there hard) call the police when their mouth or actions gets them in trouble with someone bigger and harder.

I don't hate the police Ian, just the one's who can describe a whole city in the way you did, it pains to think my taxes may form some part of your wages. If you think that was "taking the mick" you've got a lot to learn about serving the commumity.

There's a man walks up and down my road (public highway) carrying a shotgun, usually on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is usually unbroken and never in it's case. The man lives a few houses up the road from me and has to walk past my place to get to the woods to shoot

I've no doubt that the gun is perfectly legal and the owner means no harm to anyone as he's a police officer.

I've also no doubt that if he seen you or me carrying a firearm in such an irresponsible way you'd be swiftly nicked and lose your license as well as a hefty fine.

It's this attitude that people are sick of.

mussolini - just a random picture?? yeah right. anybody with an ounce of integrity, if grabbing a pic, saw it was that of a mass murderer, would change it immediately, mussolini FFS.

I hate mackems, I hate sunderland etc
                  I was taking the mickey
a great defence for a hate crime. There is no place for hatred in your profession. The slightest whiff of it and you should be finished, immediately. without question or recourse

                  a) go on an internet forum and moan about the police

                  b) make sure your 100% certain before you shoot him? ie let him detonate the bomb and kill loads of inocent people and himself oh and probably you aswell

c)put your own life at great risk, protect the public, take positive action and shoot him?

that statement says you are going to shoot regardless - because you can... oh he looks a bit dodgy, might be a terrorist, lets shoot him just in case. FFS

ted henderich, intersting. but not altogether surprising

quite a controversial character, renowned for anti-semitism and holocaust denial

philosopher, maybe, but in the same league as Machiavelli, and also a great believer in the policies of Enoch Powell.

so lets look at the prima Facae evidence shall. A police officer, who has esposused hatred of a group of people based on their origin. uses an image of mussolini to represent himself, with a signature of violence for equality, which he lifted from a well non antisemitist, with racist beliefs

Nice one. betcha didn't put that lot on your application form when you applied to join the force.

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Hate is a very strong word.

It doesnt take long for the classic "i pay your wages" agument to come out, using that argument i also pay my own wages then as i pay taxes too. I also pay the erm "wages" of all the people who sponge benefits off the state, who use their benefits to buy drink and drugs, to keep them in houses etc etc. I also pay the wages of nissan workers when the goverment gives the company huge grants to stay in sunderland etc etc etc but do i go to nissan and tell them how they should build cars? no

Of course theres some very genuine people who need and receive benefits. Conversley theres an awful lot who are happy to sponge and have no intention of ever working using benefits to suplement money obtained from illicit means. It pains me to think my taxes pay those sort of people.

Of course if your genuinely sick, homeless, jobless etc through no fault of your own then i dont mind.

I am not sure what i post on here has to do with "serving the community" I would love to serve the community, well the decent honest people in the community anyway but i am not allowed to as i am merely a puppet of the labour governments craving to his silly targets and gather pointless figures. I am not allowed to do my job in a proportionate and common sense way. I spend my time not "doing the right thing" but doint things "the right way" the right way being the way some civil servant in the home office says things should be done..

once again there are good people and bad people in the police same as in all jobs. I would like to think i am one of the good ones always trying to be fair, dealing with things in a sensible, proportionate and common sense way. An Example of this being i dont agree with doing people for r a minor speeding offences, or revenue collection as some like to call it so therefore i dont do speeders.

If you a theif, wife beater, drug dealer, etc etc then watch out though as i wont be so lenient with you.

Hope that doesnt give the impression i think i am judge dread, I am not.

So you must not have seen the media coverage then? Nobody shot just becuase he "looked a bit dodgy" the person who pulled the trigger genuinely believed he had a bomb.

yes there were cock ups which meant the information was wrong, and the persons responsible for those cock ups need to be held responsible. But the person pulling the trigger????? he should be commended. He put his life on the line when he genuinely believed him and others were going to die and had the balls to carry it through. could you do that? have you ever been in the same position?? i doubt it.

I couldnt do it, thats why i dont have anything to do with carrying guns.

oh and where have i comitted a hate crime??? I havent, i have no real interest in mussolini or anyone else with ideas of hatred against any group, but if i did then whats the problem?? i am entitled the same as anyone else to belive or think what i like. As long as i dont discriminate and use it.

I dont know what went wrong the night I got nicked but I hadn't done anything wrong and I certainly hadn't been drinking as I was baby sitting my grandson all day and driving. I still think that someone high up's sibling couldn't take the black spot

yes I saw the media coverage, the witness statements that said no one shouted 'armed police', the statement thats said the man was already being restrained when SEVEN shots were fired at him from point blank range, the statements that said the mans bag was on the floor, the facts that said a verdict of unlawful killing could not be returned, despite the obvious

where in all of those factual statement given under oath does a police officer put his life on the line. Perhaps all those witness should now be tried for Perjury as their accounts and total different to the accounts offered by the police who were all allowed to sit down together and compare their stories when they wrote their statements

as for hate crime, I think you need to check your facts, from what you are saying its ok for me to march up and down northumberland st with banners declaring (and forgive the language) "I HATE ALL NIGGERS"

get real. Incitement of hatred, based on creed colour or nationality is a criminal offence under the Public Order Act 1986, Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 & Race Relations Act 1976.

dissemination of any material inciting or promoting racial hatred is an arrest-able offence
