Well the production company and that poisonous, odious, psychobabbling septic bitch of a "therapist" should be very proud of themselves, job done! Cheers.

I feel unclean for just watching it.

the drink is just a symptom of a deep and dark psychological problem, it might make it worse but its not the root of the problem IMHO, I think a lot of people forced the drink down him over the years, hope Danny Baker, Chris Evans et al saw it and feel some reponsibility

what a fantastic therapist though, to paraphrase: "feck him, let him die he deserves it"

couldn't help wondering if the lad himself watched this, or wether he'll read all about it in tomorrows rags, I'm sure it'll be just the thing he needs

Just caught the end and to be honest I felt sorry for the family. probably had some misconceptions but it shows you how these things affect far more than the one involved. Probably getting soft but it was quite sad to see how someone with all that at his feet couldn't cope.

the media and all the hangers on probably didn't help much

saw the title of this thread and nearly went off on a rant about the israelis/bush being 'not terrorists' by launching missiles at schools, but spotted the extra 'Z' just in time

I wonder how much the family were paid for the show. Nice house & car they've got, wonder who pays for that.
The daughter used to slaughter him & still used the name to become a Z list celebrity.
              What a world!.
The poor bloke is obviously ill by the way, not just a p*ss head

Agree he is ill but going off that programme and reading about him in the press the DRINK has a lot to do with his problems and nobody is forcing him to do it.

They all had a dig at Gazza, only because he is incapable of defending himself. Yes he is ill and needs help, but he has to take the first step and help himself.
I went through years of this with a member of my familly and the last thing they need is some jumped up non-entities slagging them off in public.

Whats the chances of them dropping the Gascoigne name now that they have finished with him. I think not.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everyone is impossible,
