    I'm back

    Well hello you lot ,it's good to back the right way up after a few weeks in Oz ,well I can see I've missed quite a bit ,however you've missed more , I'm suffering with jet lag at the minute after going straight back to work on Monday ( I only landed at noon on Sunday ) A BAD PLAN OR WHAT lol. Anyway I'll tell more about our adventures later in the week .
    Unfortunately I didn't manage to get out fishing nearly as much as planned after finding my mate is gets very sea sick .
    We managed a trip out for snapper from Melbourne with Rex Hunts son Matt ,it was a brilliant trip and after stopping three times to find the fish we finally hit them ....and boy did we hit them .... we had to head back in two hours early after hitting our quota within 90 minutes of frantic snappering .






    Guess who got the best snapper of the day
    You can take the lad out of Walker but .......

      welcome back mate - that is the best way to get rid of jet lag is start with your new routine as quick as possible.

      well done on the fish - what no scotchies. LOL
      give a man a fish and feed him for a day - teach the man to fish and feed him for life!!!!

        Hello Steve, good to have you back and sounds like you had a great trip. Looking forward to hearing all about it.

        That's a strange red thing in the first picture.............. Holding the fish lol, and why arn't you wearing trousers. Catch up with you soon mate.

              Welcome back home Steve. Looking forward to you posting about your exploits down under.

                    We started off in Melbourne for a few days as my mate lives there then it was off to the Gold Coast ,Surfers Paradise and Brisbane followed by a flight to Sydney and then back to Melbourne .

                    So this is Melbourne ( check out the weather )


                    The Eureka Tower was a blast

                            Alan it tasted great mate ,with soy ,ginger and lemongrass and a chick pea salad with corriander .

                            Jim ,I can't begin to tell you how happy I am mate and of course the 25 hours on the plane to get home was a treat .
