listened to five live today and lo and behold she now has no other than Max Clifford representing her "due to the unprecedented media interest" - i should imagine mr clifford does not offer services for free and can see a massive cash cow on the horizon.

disagree with upsetting an old man who ever he is.

disagree with the bbc allowing this to go out

disagree with her now clawing money out of it (she did sleep with him)

agree that action should be taken

disagree that they should be sacked

totally disagree with the band wagon that is hurtling towards the bbc about a mountain out of a mole hill.

absolutely agree i am bored with it all and this will be the last thing i type or discuss about the issue.

    yawn

still bothers me more that time was dedicated in parliament to debate this, yet the parents of Sophie Lancaster who at 16 was kicked to death in the park couldn't get a question in for prime ministers questioning over the crap sentence her killers were given
        --------------------------------------------------------------

Quite agree but its the nature of the beast.
Anything aired via the media always seems to have more impotance then Joe publc asking the question

He saw what was coming and jumped before he was pushed.
            Good.
Now lets have Wossy make a LARGE donation to a charity of Saches choice and as long as that is acceptable thats it .
The internal staff matter of the producer that signed off the show to be aired can be dealt with under the BBC staff rules.

looking at the issue in general some of the points raised seem to indicate that morals have gone downwards over the years and as lowrider has pointed out more important matters are deemed of less importance. But is seems to me that the younger generation, and very worryingly seem to think this behaviou is quite acceptable. I remeber many moons ago when Billy Connolyy was first becoming known and was said to use one or two swear words. I went to see him at Whitley Bay Play House as having a few of his very funny tapes records, without expletives half expecting to walk out if the expletrives got to bad. He used the F word twice during the whole hour plus show, and in such a way that they where very funny. I don't watch him now simply because the F word takes over from the jokes. unfortunately, i don't find any of this new brand of comics funny (must be getting old) and if popele like Brand and Ross are being made into stars for our younger generation to look up to and emulate, then we as responsible adults should do something about it and tell the ones responsible it is not on. Keep the complaints going in.

at times Tony I find him quite funny, actually got one of his vids, but i think he crosses the line at times. And I also think Bill Oddie is getting a bit rude these days, especially as he is presenting programmes that kids watch.
