Sorry to use that title but it seemed to be the right one !!
As some of you know ,not many as I've kept it to myself ( where possible ) ,I broke my neck in February and after an operation and a few weeks in hospital I got home and with the help of the doctors / medication and of course family and friends ( you know who you are on here ) I'm now doing very well ,I lost the hard collar totally last week and have a few small problems left which I may or may not overcome, but the upshot is I'm alive AND can walk so this post is to say thanks to the lads and lasses from NESA who have helped me through the tough times ,both in hospital and since I got to go home .
I won't mention names as it's not important on here BUT again the people I've met on this site have played a big part in my recovery .
