having been brought up watching snooker with me dad and brother's, a, like you lad's have seen some class player's and character's in me time,
    ray reardon
    alex higgens
    steve davis
    jimmy white
    steven hendrie,

but the young lad's today are street's ahead,

Robertson, selby and trump are a joy to watch,

but, if he doesn't get bored, how can any1 stop Ronnie o'sullivan........?

Used to love watching Ronnie but he is either world class or garbage he is a bit of a knob but how the hell he can play with either hand is amazing. Then when he is on form what he can do with the white ball is unthinkable just his attitude puts me off him he thinks he is bigger than snooker.

The rocket tops them all in my opinion and by that I mean best of all time...its like the lad was born to play snooker

cliche I know, but its true

if he keep's his mind on the game, he could brake all record's,

            absolutely unplayable.

watched a bit today and yes he can play with either hand but not so good with the left in the game I watched, f...kd up on the yellow and snooker'd himself on the green so potted the brown for a laugh, has not got the same control with the left hand but still not a bad player.

Davey mate, I agree, there were some carp players in the past compared to today but some on yer list would of lived with anyone today, hendrie and davies in particular, also a few others, john Higgins etc.

He does not need to try does he, I mean he can take a random cant be arsed break from snooker and come back and still win the world championship no problems.
Hes a bit of a knob like said before but that makes him a character in a game that lacks personality

                      yes, tragedy, really gifted player.

Just another thing about the game, in the club where I played we thought we were canny players, 50+ breaks etc. but once we got a pro called jim meadowcroft in to do a display session, awesome like and he was one of the lesser heard of pros, guy couldn't miss a shot, 2 visits and the table was cleared in most of the games

Hunter was also a bit of a character I liked him
I read a bit on him a while back from his wife who is now remarried, I think it was in one of our lasses girly magazines (saw the story on front cover lads no comments ) was a very sad story in the last few days before his death he knew he was going to die after a long fight that he looked like he was winning at one point.
