Aye he's got a bit of kite but Sunderland have enough "grafters" in midfield, hopefully he will make up for his lack of mobility (still gotta be faster than Yorkie) with a bit of flair & creativity.

Who was the Toon's best signing this transfer window?
      Cheers, Keith.

....erm ...we got rid of one player if that counts?

So what has KK brought to SJP since the great "Revival"? we've had 6 goals put past us and he's brought nothing but "a better atmosphere" injected into the dressing room...whoop de doo

I'm sorry but this whole mentality of "I divvent care if we lose ten nowt as longs as its attractive football" is just stupid in my eyes....I hope we get relegated I really do, it'll give some people a wake up call..

            Give over wallsendo

If Newcastle go down jsut read Leeds, they will vanish off the map for a year or two if not more. Even mega Millions Ash could not take that kind of money loss.

We wont do anything this year and will just keep our heads out the relagation zone again and i dont feel KK will be much good but people talk about the geordie fans wanting to much...look at the sun paper on Wed...full back page wanting KK's head...for what 2 real game since he took charge playing what was the top team in England at the time (dont count Bolton as 1hr 40mins on the training ground with the palyers cant turn the world around)

Read 3 other papers after his head already then when he walks or gets sacked in a years times back page will be fans drove him out or wanting to much.w**kers they are, anything for a story err.

We signed no one really because A...the top players never wanted to come

B...No time given to really look at players yet he wnats to sign

C....Clubs dont like losing top players at half way point

D....Why spend money when you have not had a look at the squd that on paper should be doing well.

My feeling is Bolton was a none starter, too much time spent on the manager and the players up in the air...also Bolton did the normal against a team that is not the best at scoring goals of late...put 10 men behind the ball.
Arsenal is Arsenal, top team playing some fantastic footie that most teams would have been beaten off.

Lets se how we play against Boro and Villa, poor perfomances then i will start to worry.

I think 2-1 win against Boro and 0-0 draw with villa

Fom a life long Geordie fan that goes to 80% of all matches home and away and does not have his head in the clouds!!!!

REGARDLESS,keegans task is to keep them out the relegation zone, which he will,THEN he will start building his team.DONT expect too much in so short a space of time, most people want miracles performed,be REALISTIC,things aint gonna happen overnight cos KK is manager,Same as things dont happen overnight for any team no matter who is the manager

hit the nail on the head there northeast1, well said. Iv'e taken a lot of stick off sunderland fans myself the last week or two, but to be honest, they only have to look at their position in the table, they've not picked up points either. And they havnt had the upset of managers, directors, speculation etc... KK's only human, cant make miracle's and needs time, like any other manager would need.

sam was playing everyone out of position - and the style of football was crap - cant really say i was enjoying it ,and many others were of the same opinion - at least KK will have his players where they should be ,if the squad is fully fit ,and he wont have BFS attitude of we will play not to get beat and a point is better than none - aye well that worked didnt it Big Sam - NOT -

                    7 wins
                    5 draws
                    9 defeats

KK has 14 league games - lets see what his return is

Going off his present record of
Played 3 Won 0 Drawn 1 Lost 2 for 0 Against 6,if you work it out pro rata, you get
                      Played 17 won 0 Drawn 6 Lost 11 for 0 Against 36 which = a points total of 33.

"relegated I really do, it'll give some people a wake up call.."

What??? Are you for real?? You sound like an arm chair supporter who has never spent money travelling the country to see the lads no matter how we play.

You tellin me you want to see the 5000 away fans desperately disapointed each game they go down to support?? The 'flair' we want to see is made up from the media, you of all people should know this considering you previous posts. We just want to see value for money!

                            Worst post of the year.

sunderland may have a horrible team but at least the supporters are behind them. sometimes i wonder what the crack is.....

i really wonder if you get to do out but post on this site...
