anybody travelling down the A19 on Friday morning about 11am, there was a ruddy car with a caravan on it broken down about ten mile north of peter Lee. Police there, incident support unit putting out miles of cones, can you imagine the hastle this caused with the A19 down to one lane, hope you managed to catch the report on the radio apparently it was being well broadcast. All I can say is "sorry everybody will try and get it to a layby next time but the car just died the death" and can I ask one question if any of you where passing and tooted your horn, can i ask you why? just remember it could be you next. Tell you what with all the lorries belting down that road we where a bit worried until they got the cones etc out, have to say after wife phoned the police they where there in five minutes. We wheer just relaxing when down the road came this great big juggernaut with a wide load on, it just got past.

no decided to get everything back home. We just go to the same site we take van down early in season and leave it there, great site carp lake, common over the road for the dog, plenty of wildlife. We used to have a motorhome and after a good few yaers touring allover we kept finishing journeys there. And with running a motorhome and car got to expensive we decided on a caravan and just go where we go in North Yorks, nice and handy for long weekends away.Alan
