Good program ...but a bit of a sickener for members of the national mullet club.
Since the programme was in essence to put across sustainably line caught fishing I would hardly think mullet fall into that category. Anpther thing to consider is the definiition of line caught fish. If line caught fish includes those caught by longlines...this is definately not sustainable fishing practice as spurdog and skate have discovered to their cost. It is hardly realistic to expect rod and line angling to meet the demands of the nation for fish so best just veiwed as a mixture of recipes to experiment with
It will be interesing to see what other species are featured later in the series.
