  • Death or life of NUFC

Well the crack is Mr Cashly is going to put the club up for sale at the end of this season but before he does, he plans on selling a host of players expected to bring in over 40m to lighting what he says has been a out of pocket blow.

So would you be happy to lose 4 or 5 of the best players to see him go??

I would rather take the hit and risk going down the following season if we could get shot of him but the grass is not always greener on the other side, we may get someone worse in charge.

Cashly has done well to balance the books and saved the club from a Leeds but how he can say the club still has 160m loans from him is unreal with the the dosh he has pulled in and the little spent.

Anyway MHO for what its worth is go now, take the pain and hope we get someone better.

Can't stand the slimy ****. Never have, never will.

I don't go along with any of the "saved the club"etc pr crap either. All this " we could have done a Leeds" propaganda. We could just as easily done a spurs or Everton.

He bought us with no other thought than to give his cheap scummy shop free worldwide advertising.

He's taken plenty from the club already so, for me, sooner he's gone the better.

As it stands we may end up with just Cisse as only recognised striker come June. And a host of players looking to leave anyway, whether he sells the club or not

fat mick paid a loan of £100m back to shepard in the deal to buy the club for the new stand that shepard was renting to the club so cant see any difference in any of our former owners just after the money, shepard, hall, mckeag, westwood the list is endless. Be nice to think we could get an owner who would spend money to make money though

nah mate, that's not true at all.

He had to pay back a loan to the banks that was money borrowed to complete the stadium. The loan was guaranteed on halls/shepherd still being involved, once they were gone, he had to pay it up.

Hall/shepherd did actually save the club, but once the club was a plc it wasn't theirs, they weren't the owner like this FCB is. Although they did take money from the club, its nowhere near what is being taken now.

it's amazing how much history has been "re-written" since he took over like

Seen the rumours and stuff about it, would be nice, but like you said, we've all been here before.

one thing is for sure, FCB will take as much as he can before he sells.

and by winning that or the Scottish cup they will put sport's direct on the champion's leaque stage of advertising. ! .
