I'm guessing you've never kept tropical freshwater fish then?.... They're a family of freshwater catfish, some are small enough to keep in the aquarium, others are.. well.. a bit too big...

See some catfish another oddballs in the freezers at asian supermarkets, never tried them myself.

Can't recall whose show it was, but I've seen a prog on sky where the guy was fishing for some of the monster catfish, was either asia or s/america.. were bloody huge!
